Play a key role in reviewing our accounting and financial operations, with a focus on improving reconciliation processes and invoicing procedures.
Diagnose and rectify discrepancies in accounting and invoicing, ensuring that our financial data is accurate and reliable.
Integrate and optimize Zoho Books, Inventory and Invoicing to create a seamless financial workflow.
Generate accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to aid in strategic decision making.
Work closely with sales and operations to enhance the billing experience for our customers and streamline internal processes.
Contribute to budgeting efforts and financial forecasts, providing insights that drive our growth trajectory.
Uphold strict compliance standards by staying abreast of local and federal financial regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.

Proven proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books, Inventory and Billing.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
