Yes, you can shower, but you should avoid getting the electrodes wet. For a long-term examination, it is best to replace the electrodes after each shower.

You can sleep normally, but avoid sleeping on your stomach.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Download the Patient app on your cell phone by visiting the app store;
  2. Open the Patient app;
  3. Select the type of event you want to report;
  4. Add more details in the field provided;
  5. Then select the "send note" button.


At the end, the message "your note has been created successfully" will be displayed, confirming your entry.

Ideally, keep your phone close to your body to transmit your heart data in real time to the platform.

By default, QuoreOne should be positioned in the thoracic region indicated in the device application diagram.
